The Alto Loop: Walk it. Rock it.
Alto is a landmark surrounded by landmarks. You're within minutes walking distance to everything from the Seattle Center and the EMP Museum (named in homage to Hendrix), to the internationally famous Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum [SAM], the historic Pioneer Square, the bustling Seattle waterfront and ferries, the CenturyLink and Qwest Field major league baseball and football stadiums, to a myriad of unique cocktail lounges, low-fi to upscale restaurants, incomparable shopping, movie and performance theatres, and of course, some of the Pacific Northwest's top music clubs, including The Showbox Market, a venue that hosts everything from regional artists to national touring acts over 300 nights a year. (The Showbox Sodo, their sister club, is a mere 10 minute bus ride away. Best to walk – you'll see more of what makes your new neighborhood so exceptional.)
Planes, trains and automobiles – it's all at your doorstep. The Mercer on-ramp to I-5 north and south is blocks away. Seatac International is a short 20 minute ride. Union Station, situated on the south end of Seattle's landmark Pioneer Square and Qwest Field, is a 10 minute bus ride taking you to commuter and travel trains that go wherever their tracks let them. Town car, airport shuttle and taxi service is right outside your door. And because we pride ourselves in anticipating our tenant's needs, we're working on jet-packs as we speak. Eco-friendly, of course. Alto – a medley of modern living.
